I'm approaching the end of a project that I have been working on created support ticket plus billing system software for webhosts, and expandable to other industries.

I would apperciate some words from you guys, as hosts, in terms of what you look for when you look for a ticket and/or billling system?

i would rather have to check my email, most systems are good, they just lack in the reply speed.

I would say not one were a user has to signup to put in a ticket. I would aslo say a all in one sollution like live chat and tickets. It also has to be simple and work good unlike some.
