You get an email from someone who is willing to purchase one of your domains for an end user price but when you go to reply to his email with transaction details, you get a "cannot send message error" because his mail folder is full.

Just keep trying every day I suppose.

I've been trying to reach the owner of a domain for the past two weeks, but my e-mails keep bouncing back since he's exceeded his quota.

I'm wondering if I should call him, or would that be inappropriate?

I would say calling him would be fine, after all that is why his phone number is listed. I would call my guy except I can't find his number anywhere.

park the domain at parked.com or trafficz.com where you can put a custom message/content on the parked page...

"Hey dumbass empty your mailbox" :hehe:

try to google the email address or name and get a company site or phone number if you believe this is an end user and shoot them a call.

Realize he's probably spammed everyone about buying their names too, and that their email is probably full due to all the replies to his/her queries.

Then read between the lines!

good point by hawkeye, I know a few business people that like to save 5,000 emails in their inbox but the majority of people would find it hard to have a full inbox with today's email accounts depending on what service they used to send it.

sounds fishy, and we have been getting a lot of phantom bids lately.

Too late anyway, I sold the domain to somebody else.
