it could be a site to discuss that place in Australia some population the people that live there and some local news. I think you have an advantage since you are a local there, publish something (with permission) from some local newspaper or magazines that does not have (yet) an online presence to be unique.

ive been there before btw with the amcal.com.au project when i was there it was like 9-12deg celsius while my body is used to 37deg Celsius.
