What do I do with HeatTalk.com ? Need advise.

Hi.
I have HeatTalk.com sitting at Sedo.
I get consistent 25 hits a day (about 770 a month).
From my last thread, you guys suggested me to develop it. (Thank you)

But my problem is that I do not know WHY they type in that URL.
for chatting?
for Miami Heat?
for news talk?

What should I focus on?

My first thought was Miami Heat. I think your domain fits that very well. I had a domain that was getting traffic while parked but very little click through. I couldn't figure out what the traffic was looking for so I made a page with a comment box asking what people wanted to see on the site. I choose keywords on namedrive from those suggestions and now the site gets about a 30% ctr. Which I am happy with :D

Ya Miami heat is more of a topic to make and probably the easiest one because its not hard to talk about... I hope u do well with the Domain..
