What ccTLDs have no restrictions?

I am looking into registering some domains under different ccTLDs like .vc, .coop, .es, .at, .gm..etc..Can anyone post a list (or a link to a list) of all the different extensions that have no restrictions? I notice some only allow you to register if you live in the country..Also some are so "out of technology" that you actually have to download a form, complete it, send it back, and wait..

Basically I am looking for extensions that have no restrictions and I can register online and then own immediately after I pay (online)..Can anyone help out? :\

.sr (Republic of Suriname), .bz (Belize), .nu (Niue), .tv (Tuvalu), .ws (Western Samoa), .cc (Cocos Islands), .be (Belgium)

Just to name a few. I would recommend doing a full search on domaindiscount24.com, idotz.net and also eurodns.com to see other domain names without restriction.

.GM is not unrestricted they require a business liscense and what not.
