The owner wants out of the name business.
They don't get many type-ins but i guess they have some potential for long term players. What's a fair offer. I can't tell if seller is motivated or not. Probably not, seems to be busy with lots of other things.

I would offer 150. to start if they dont get much traffic that would be just a bit more then reg fee's. If someone is looking to get out of the business they would take something rather then letting them expire. If he is serious then he will come back with a counter offer.
