I feel domains with negative implications have problems selling. While I personally would stay away from them I'd imagine your only hope of selling it would be to a group of this viewpoint within the USA.

Even if you would find a wannabe Hitler who could be interested and would pay you few $ for it, you would kind of help him to spread his views with this Domain.
I would delete it and sell domains where you always can keep a good conscience.
I am not a moralizer but even we domainers should have some basic ethical principles

I dunno, not much value undeveloped, true. But development could be a site that calls attentions to fascist trends in the US. It's worth noting that, until WWII, fascism was not considered a bad word, and had the support of many intellectuals.

Many facets of government today are getting remarkably close to fascist policies.

It could be a good political site, if that's where your interest lies.
