These kind of names have little to no value, right now.
I registered Pterodactyl.us and TyrannosaurusRex.us recently, for a nephew who loves dinosaurs. They were available in the open registry pool.

Doesn't mean much to someone who doesn't have it, but a lot to someone who does. Nice search volume. Good one for a minisite (Noomle or Whypark).Low $$ undeveloped, mid to high $$ developed and getting traffic, maybe low $$$ to enduser is my opinion. Nice name, good luck

As Jaco stated, it is hard to value these and even harder to price at this point. They are great keywords with lots of likely traffic but stiff competition from authoritative medical and health websites. Those websites are also in the .org, .net, .com and even some .edu. .us is a hard sell in most cases. I would say low $xx.
