I have a couple of them.. Brandables and two word.com domains.. single word non-dot com domains.... i want to obviously target the end user.. wanted to understand the strategies to put upYour questions imply you already have a domain to sell. If so, my answers might seem to you a bit off topic, but are very much to the point:
- start with Namebio (for example) to see: (1) what domains actually sell and (2) where and (3) at what price...
- everything begins and ends with a domain name. Answers to your questions depend on: (1) what kind of domain(s) you are selling (liquid 4L.com, numeric or CHIP, geo, brandable, nTLD, ccTLD?) and (2) what is your target market (quick flip to resellers or end user sale?). And to a lesser degree, also on your wallet and scale of investment/operation...
The good news is: there are many options, marketplaces, domaining resources, tools and techniques. The bad news? The learning curve!

Start by reading the forum.I am a new here please advice me on to create, buy or sell domain, and also how to appraise it.
I'm impatient but I can't sprint. Developing a domain name's landing page is often a powerful way to increase traffic and enquiries. Even if it's just one very simple and relevant page. Very easy to do unless you are very patient and you enjoy sprinting more than making a profit from domaining. Takes a couple of hours in my experience.Domaining is a marathon and impatient sprinters don't do too well here!
