Domain parking services

I have a question regarding promoting a domain thats parked. In the TOS most services forbid you to post links to such domains in forums, etc. What are the legal/acceptable ways to promote such a parked domain?

You can purchase premium listings at Sedo and afternic. Or you can establish a domain sales website, then market that.
