Weird .IM registry!

I saw this domain co.im for sale at Sedo. Was surprised coz the .IM registry is already selling third level registration under co.im.

So, I checked the whois info for this domain. It showed registry itself as owner. Fine. But when I type co.im on browser, it takes me to a sedo parked page!!

When i did a dns search on the domain, it says no A records found..see here..

Can someone reason-out what is going on here? Is the registry running a subdomain on PPC ads?!?

Well an American has registered www under the .co.im ext... and put up the name on sale at Sedo
Nothing wrong, it's just that they took www. Logically www.www.co.im also resolves to Sedo

well, i just type co.im (without www), so does the browser add the www or does it happen from the server end?! coz, it redirects to www.co.im as said above..!
