Weird DNS problem? (Didn't see a problem section)

Ok, I have this weird problem, and I assume DNS but no one can figure it out. I have a reseller account that I host the majority of my sites under. During the daytime, I can get to most of the sites, but a couple of them are never found. For example, right now I can't get to stationzero.tv, buymovies.tv, or a couple .nets that I own. But I can get to all the other sites hosted on the same server.

To top it off, through my work VPN that gets to the internet through a proxy in Minnesota, I can get to these sites. Through a proxy from home I can get there. But not just going direct.

Now the weird part.....remember how i said "during the daytime"? That's what I meant....between 5-7 pm I can start seeing those sites again going direct, and it lasts until the early am hours when the suddenly are not available directly anymore......

They are reg'd at different places, and all the sites use the same name servers. My ISP can't seem to see anything wrong, they can't see the problem either. (I live in a small town, I know the guy and trust his word).

So.....thoughts?


I should also say it isn't consistent.........some days the sites are available and it isn't always the same sites, although the .tv's are usually the ones. (thought not all of them, so it isn't just the extenstion)

shows errors, if this occurs around the same time is it possible the server that does the DNS is under load at that particular time? possibly doing backups?

I get that problem with not able to access some of my sites on the same nameservers sometimes and had to go thro proxies.

Hmm. But my problem's like the DNS's not updating for my ISP.

I have made a couple changes, we will see how they stick.
I checked between the ones that are working and the ones that aren't. Little to no difference on most of them, one needed one name server change. VERY irritating and it still doesn't explain the random times.
