budget: $1000+/item Websites With High Traffic Required !

Hello everyone

I have an investor looking to buy websites getting 40,000-50,000 uniques per day
Revenue is not required but if there's revenue it's a plus point.

Budget is around 2000$-4000$ per website depending on the quality of the website and unique views.

Also looking for blogs that are indexed in Google News.
No traffic or revenue required but if there's then it's a plus.
