Website transfer

Not sure where to place this, but:
What's the easiest way, after selling a website, to give the content to the person I sold it to? I mean...how do I get if off my server so I can send it to him/her as a file/files?
And after this, how does he/she get it up on his/her server?

Thanks for the reply..I've used filezilla several times to install script and softwares and mods and plugins, but do I just download the files from filezilla from my website? Is this possible? Never gone that way before..Only uploaded.
