$50 Website Template Contests - (formerly $15)

I currently run www.buildandearn.com - I'm a marketing and advertising professional and am seeking some help on the design and layout side of the fence.

I'm looking for a template and layout that will easily be integrated with Dreamweaver, adsense code, looks clean and crisp, and is properly viewed on all browsers and screen sizes. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, I just want something professional that is very easy to work with.

Please take the current design and layout into consideration. If I use your template and layout I will send you $15 via paypal. And, might I add, will give you preference for future projects!

Most of the contests on here seem to be between $5 and $20 so I figured I'd stick with the going rate. If you want to enter a template with an adjusted rate, feel free to do so, but just understand that preference will be given to the $15 entries unless something really blows me out of the water.

If you're insulted, why respond? Just don't enter the contest, nobody is forcing your hand... I already opened the door to submitting with a raised price that you set yourself... if the price is a little more but the design is my favorite, I'll choose it. I'm looking for value.

Whoa, easy, i was kiddin man. Chill out. And far as the price, we dont set it out. The people who hold the contest set it out such as yourself. So there is no value of you chastising me sayin i set the pricing.

Again, you want value, or do you want unique. Your choice.
