$50 Website Template Contest!

I'm starting a new thread to reflect the increase to $50 for the winner

I bumped the winner's sum up from $15 to $50 and made a new thread to encourage more entries!!!

I currently run www.buildandearn.com - I'm a marketing and advertising professional and am seeking some help on the design and layout side of the fence.

I'm looking for a template and layout that will easily be integrated with Dreamweaver, adsense code, looks clean and crisp, and is properly viewed on all browsers and screen sizes. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, I just want something professional that is very easy to work with.

Please take the current design and layout into consideration. If I use your template and layout I will send you $50 via paypal. And, might I add, will give you preference for future projects!
