General Requirements:
We would like some new themes designed for our template library.

Additional Information :
I want something clean and VERY professional. Use dummy data from one of the live examples. Must be of the same quality as the existing templates or better. The layout and sections should conform to the diagram provided (see Flyer Layout above.

Winner will get $100 while any other designs that are selected will get $25 each (up to 4)
