I created my own website for selling domains. Can someone review my website DomainKnights.co.uk
Thanks for you feedback. What would you recommend I do with the fonts and colours? Change to 1 or 2 colours and 1 font ?the color scheme is weird, there it is dark green, here it is lilac, then aquamarine, then yellow.
Some elements are semicircular, other ones are square.
The same with fonts...
In the mobile version, the elements are not adjusted by the center or left, or right.
Add a footer.
If, for example, I would like to buy and click on the domain name, why there is no idea about the domain use? I mean here: https://domainknights.co.uk/nationwidegym-com/
Add a logo or short description... Add some information about this domain..
Use the same font and not 2 or 3 different ones. Thanks for you feedback. What would you recommend I do with the fonts and colours? Change to 1 or 2 colours and 1 font ?
I already have a footer.
Can you recommend a website were i can create good quality logos for free?
Thanks for your feedback. What colour scheme would you recommend? Black and white?Other than the color scheme being off-putting, I recommend "featuring" 10-or-so domains on your homepage, and similarly listing 10-or-so "bargain bin" domains (which you are willing to sell at-or-near reg fee). As your portfolio grows, consider organizing into more categories besides just the extensions.
I'm using Neve which is a free theme along with Elementor proYou better get a simple (free or paid) wp theme, without constructors, and create your own child theme.
Never use any constructor, all constructors are shitI'm using Neve which is a free theme along with Elementor pro
Thanks for your opinion!!KIS.... keep it simple.
Please know I am not trying to be mean or anything like that.... I am sharing what I know in hopes that it may help you.
You have less than 6 seconds to grab a customer/reader, and KEEP that reader on your website. If they leave they probably will never come back.
Your home page is cluttered and overwhelming. (I am on a desktop)
So, who is your customer?
Build your website for your customer.
Don't make your customer "work" to find the info they need. (Six Seconds)
Give readers easy navigation.
Cut out all the fluff and nonsense.... less it more.
Simplicity!
You want clean and easy to read and easy navigation.
Loose the black background, it is hard on the eyes and is depressing. Not everyone has perfect eye sight.
The ABOUT page is for your photos and info. ABOUT is about who is behind the website.
You can add more info via a blog section as your business grows.
Hang in there and I wish you great success!
Thanks for your opinion!!
What background colours would you recommend instead of black?
