Website estimate needed

hi all, im looking to develop a new site. it needs to:

1 allow visitors to sign up.
2 allows them to upload pdf files only.
3. allows members to purchase the pdf files.
4. backend will need to allow me to add catagories, charge membership fees or charge the sellers a fee, banner ads. im sure there more i want but this is a good place to begin.

let me know some costs to develop this via pm please.
