Website Desing Course? Help

I want to get my wife enrolled in a website design course to help design and administer some websites I have.

We are on central coast nsw australia 110kms north of Sydney City.

Does anyone know anywhere I can get her enrolled in a course which will be local to us and can be done part time, saturdays or night time? Besides TAFE.

I suppose this is a big ask here if anyone could help that would be great.

I don't know how it works in Australia but there are probably some local/community colleges that can offer courses online. You might have to pay a little extra being out-of-district but it being a web design course, you should be able to find a course that is all online work (ie. work submitted in a web portal for the professor to grade).
