Gif.org is online since May 03, the content you see is from Nick aka Namepopper who sold this project to me 2 months ago, short before he disappeared.

Gif.org has a Google Pr6 and is found 41.900.000 times,Overture gives 45.980 searches in June without the extension.
It has a linkpopularity of ~11.000 +,
gets around 3000 unique visitors a day and around 7000 pageviews a day.

According to Nick, it also gets some affiliate money, cannot check this as i didn´t change the links.

Gif.org gets a lot of searchengine-traffic, most from google, the first 3 searchengine - strings are "free gifs", "gif", "free jpegs"

How would you value this project for wholesale and enduser?
Is there anything with the content you would change or add (news of course)?

i knew this was a steal, i don´t really dare to handle this as "MY" project as Nick build it and had to sold it due to reasons i still don´t know exactly.
Guess you also haven´t got any new infos about him?

Two quick questions;
How much did you pay for it, if possible to share?
Have you had any contact with Nick? I'm guessing not. :o
As is, Wholesale ... $1,750 - $2,375+, though to the right suitor at least twice (x2 - x3.5) that figure as the existing developed site, IMHO. More value could be derived with further development "guides and tutorials coming soon", and the building of traffic and revenue from affiliates, naturally.
It's an heck of an investment, as I see it.

i paid 2k for this project, i know this was a "steal" like RJ already said.
I want to develop it further, add some new features and i also plan to make it bilingual, means german also.

I am sorry to say that i didn´t have any contact with Nick since 07/26, he was very ill at that time and had to go to hospital, don´t know what happened then.

As an informational/community site it has potential. IMO, no 3-letter .org is worth that much though ($2k etc).
