I have a Tech/Gaming site that I am no longer interested in Period. I visit the site maybe once every 2-3 days just to see if it's working/up. It is completely automated because the news is fed via RSS. There is user submitted content every day, but I usually don't ublish those because it would require me to actually work on the site which I'm not interested in, and I dont allow user news to be automatically posted to the frontpage

It is a PR4 which ranks:

Number #1 for about 20 competitive keywords
Number #2-#3 for about 14 competitive keywords

It gets about 1,600 uniques perday with over 4,500 pageviews a day.
--About 45,000 uniques a month and 135,000 pageviews a month

It has about 1,800 pages indexed in google (It should be alot more, but the SEO is bad because there are 2 different ways to access the forums and it creates duplicate content. I can fix it in about 30 minutes, but again...that requires me to work on the site).

It makes about $650 month

It also has a forums with 6,000 posts and 1,700 members It gets about 7 registrations a day with 25 new posts a day.

So to sum it up:

-PR4

About 45,000 uniques a month and 135,000 pageviews a month

Number #2-#3 for about 14 competitive keywords
