Webpage printout is not 8x11-inch size

I am using frontpage's template to test design http://SJdds.com, it looks OK, however when I printed the page, the right hand side is cut off. I think somehow the width is more than 8 inches. So how do you design a webpage that can be printed correctly? Thanks.

a. Don't make is so wide.
b. Internet Explorer doesn't shrink to fit when printing.
c. Use a seperate print stylesheet to make the page narrower. use google.

Never realized that the IE can not scale. Microsoft can dominate the world without good technical features.

Use seperate print stylesheets, you can eliminate all unneeded content e.g. navigation, adverts and control the width of the page using percentages.
