This website is perfect for someone who wants to build a list and cross sell your own products or services to the members. There's a Admin control panel where you can mass email all members, add delete ads and also add delete custom categories.

The design is 100% custom this is no template and was designed specifically for this website. I'm looking to get $1000 for the site and it includes

All the custom coding and database.

As of now without any marketing the site does get traffic from forum posts, search engines, etc.

I do not charge for placing any ads I used the site solely to build a list and place ads on listings to generate revenue. With increase in traffic this site can be a very profitable community.

Sorry for the delay I will provide the following info later today. For now I can tell you Domain registrar is Godaddy, even though the site get's traffic and submissions on not calming traffic since I haven't promoted in a few months. I will provide traffic stats screen shots later today and answer everyone elses questions.

Also I'm not claiming income, I've made money with the site through affiliate links but it has been infrequent since I've not promoted the site all the submissions have been from word of mouth or search engines. If you have any questions email me at [email protected]
