I am paying around $50 to $75 for a template skin designed and put on a word press autoblog. The
autoblog is not to be destroyed, but preserved, only the look and feel are going to be changed.
I need someone reliable, who is not working on to many other projects and can devote themselves to
focusing on some projects I need done.
I pay per job, and I do not make advanced payments. If you are looking to be paid in advanced for
the job, do not contact me and if you ask me for advanced payment for the completed job before it is
done, I will fire you, block you and end the business relationship. I have no time for drama or game
players, I need someone who is serious and no nonsense about web development. I also dont like
excuses, blaming, drama, soap operas, and other nonsense. I expect you to be serious and take this
job 100% serious. I have no patience for sloppy work, low quality work or people who can focus and
get things done on the time they say they are going to get things done.

We are looking to hire people with a wide variety of internet skills, everything from content
writers, webmaster, web design, seo, programming, mysql/sql/ php etc....
Looking for focused affordable low cost workers who can complete projects on time and under budget,
I need to build a long term team of designers, webmasters, SEO, php programmers, content writers,
and web monkeys to help me produce web sites which are interactive, have good content, Excellent SEO
and quality design and functionality. The sites must pass copyscape and content must be original.

1. SEO Specialists - title tags, meta tags, alt tags, sub directory seo naming, file naming into
seo.
2. PHP programmers - coders, html coders, php coders, designed with SEO in mind
3. MySQL - PHP - Database Design - Online Google Mapping API Stuff.
4. WordPress Installation - joomla installation - and awesome modification, customization, and
making sites look professional designed with SEO in mind
5. Flash Design - headers, images, movies, videos, interaction, the whole shebang.
6. Content Writers - writing, editing, changing article text, re-writing articles, blogging,
creating new content, re-writing old content. Written with SEO in mind. All content must pass
copyscape.
Ive had a lot of problems highering people from overseas who have difficulty understanding the specs
and getting the projects done on time, ive had serious communication issues with some people from
overseas, so communication is very important and being fluent in English is non-negotiable and
mandatory, also not over promising and making sure you give yourself ample time is very important
that you dont do this - in other words do not over promise and under deliver.
I'm looking to pay per job and I am not willing to work with someone who is requiring all upfront
payments, as I have in the past lost a lot of money paying people up front and then they disappear.

I wills state this again, since this seems to be overlooked: YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH - had a
lot of problems in the past with paying Indians advances and upfront money, and then they don't
complete the job, or disappear, so there will be no upfront payments. You get paid for the work you
do as long as it follows the specs clearly outlined in English. The job has to be completed, 95%
doesnt count.
could I ask you to please send a short and brief version of your resume, or your experience and some
examples of work you have done. I want my partner and I to evaluate your work, skills, and
abilities, can you also tell me in the post what abilities and skills you have? what your internet
work focus is, in other words what skills do you have that apply to the internet? or what are your
interests concerning doing work on the Internet?
