I'm looking to avoid drama queens, people who pad their hours, or cant complete a job that they said they would on time. This means you need to be comfortable with the salary or hourly wage, and not tell me something took a ridiculous amount of time to produce. I also prefer people telling me how long a certain task will take before they do the job.
We are looking to hire people with a wide variety of internet skills, everything from content writers, webmaster, web design, seo, programming, mysql/sql/ php etc....
Looking for low cost workers who can complete projects on time and under budget, I need to build a long term team of designers, webmasters, SEO, php programmers, content writers, and web monkeys to help me produce web sites which are interactive, have good content, Excellent SEO and quality design and functionality.

Need
1. SEO Specialists - title tags, meta tags, alt tags, sub directory seo naming, file naming into seo.
2. PHP programmers - coders, html coders, php coders, designed with SEO in mind
3. MySQL -
4. WordPress Installation - joomla installation - and awesome modification, customization, and making sites look professional designed with SEO in mind
5. Flash Design - headers, images, movies, videos, interaction, the whole shebang.
6. Content Writers - writing, editing, changing article text, re-writing articles, blogging, creating new content, re-writing old content. Written with SEO in mind.
Ive had a lot of problems highering people from overseas who have difficulty understanding the specs and getting the projects done on time, ive had serious communication issues with some people, so communication is very important, also not over promising and making sure you give yourself ample time is very important.
I'm looking to pay per job and I am not willing to work with someone who is requiring all upfront payments, as I have in the past lost a lot of money paying people up front and then they disappear.
