Web hosting with unlimited no-experience 'Site Builder' or 'Site Creators'?

I want to build a few dozen mini sites, I have no programming skills, and I'd prefer not to learn or hire it out at this point.

So.....hosting companies have dummy-proof 'site builders' or 'site creators' that state you don't need any experience. However, I haven't found a hosting company that offers unlimited 'site builders' for one account.......hostgator offers up to 30 sites for their $25/month reseller plan, 1and1 offers up to 10 sites for their developer plan, godaddy gives you just 1 site for their 'website tonight' concept.

Do you know of any hosting companies that offer unlimited 'site builder' websites for their plans?
