Lost! CPanel? Hosting? Where? What? Noobie!

O.k.-- I have My Domain Name Hosted at 1and1 and i was using their Website Builder to make my website...... I purchased an ArcadeGame Script with installation.....The guy said in oder for him to install it, he needs access to the CPanel (I don't even really know what that is?). O.K......1AND1 said that i cannot have a cPanel using their WebSite Builder or any Script for that matter....Now i am Lost .
Where do i go?? What do i do?? Does anybody know where i can get a hosting package that has Cpanel and allow third party Scripts (if i said that right?) I'm gonna see if GoDaddy Can do it?? I don't know..Does anybody here sell hosting packages that i can do this kind of stuff with and also be able to upload forums to my webiste from those free forum sites??? Sorry if i rambled, i'm running around confused..I hope this question made sense...Just looking for Hosting with cpanel access ect... so i can start the arcadegames site.... and in fututre make forum sites.. 1and1.com has their own customize control panel so does godaddy.com you need to go to layeredtech.com or either ev1servers for the cpanel hosting.

Ask your game script guy whether ftp access will suffice. You probably got ftp access with your hosting account. Ask your host for details.
