I am selling my webshoting cmopany, www.proxhosting.com with all clients and design ect.

The website design is unqiue i paid $200 for the design to be made and coded in xhtml.

The company has currently got 5 clients, info below:

Client#1: Paying $19.95 a month for Premium Reseller Plan
Client#2: Paying $11.95 a month for Pro Reseller Plan
Client#3: Paying $3.95 a month for Starter Shared plan
Client#4: Paying $17.85 every 3 months for Pro Shared Plan
Client#5: paying 410.95 a month for Starter Reseller Plan

That is a total of: $64.65 a month.

Support tickets are around 1 every while hardly any support tickets really.

All clients are freindly and always pay on time. We use whmcs as our billing system we were using whmap before but we did nto like it so i moved to whmcs which was better but we did not get to transfer the old database of clients to the new one but we still have contact to them. All contactdetails and files for the accounts will be given to you.

1) Do you have your own server and if so, will it be transfered to the buyer?

3) I'm assuming what client#5 is paying above in your post is a typo
4) Where is the domain reg'd?
5) Do you have a BIN in mind?
