VPSNow.net is a running profiting website hosting business. It has 3 active VPS accounts, 16 active reseller customers, 1 shared hosting customers, and 3 Dedicated server customers.
We offer software and as a upsell we offer our software for free with any one of our vps packages we were selling. The whole business started from clients buying our software and needing root access with there hosting providers not allowing root access. So we got a dedicated server and started offing them discounted accounts. As time progressed we started offering other types of hosting as well.
WE OWN ALL THE SERVERS CLIENTS ARE ON EXCEPT ONE!! THE SERVERS ARE INCLUDED IN THE SALE.
The monthly costs are:
Colocation of servers: 6 x $44.95 = $269.70/mo
AMD server rental from layeredtech $94.64/mo
Hypervm vps license $4/mo
Cpanel/whm license's $112/mo

1 server is through layeredtech.com and buy is responsible for any transfer fees incurred.

For all the clients that are running our software free with there accounts will continue to get the software free, but if they move to other hosting will then need to pay for the software.
VPSNow.net has no outstanding debt you are acquiring the business on a AS-IS basis. We will require 100% payment within 5 days of agreement. A $500 deposit will need to be made within 24 hours of accepting a offer via paypal. The remaining balance needs to be made by check/money order due to the large amount expected.
