Web development prices

I'd like some prices on developing a few sites like:

southbeachdiet.org
primeminister.com
lawsociety.com
britishcolumbia.org
toys.net
trucks.net
6l9.com

I can live with one template for them all. Something simple with no scripts or java. About 10 pages deep with decent content.

I suppose it's the 'content' that is what I'm really looking for. That's the hard part for me anyway. I may be only able to afford one or page sites but maybe I can get a deal if I develop all seven.
