Design and Logo Needed

I'm building a rather simple network of sites (towns and cities) and need two pages designed:

* Main welcome page with small/medium logo
* Template page to be used for all of the individual cities

Both pages should have space for multiple ads (google, travel affiliate, etc.).

I will add all content. Just need original design.
