I am looking to get some quotes. I just need a simple but professional design and it needs to have a theme of Trees. I will give examples of sites that I don't necessarily need my site to look like but I want to go in that direction.

I need to beable to edit and add the content myself with just basic html so I am basically looking for a layout with a nice nav bar and header. I am good with html and can do all the content but it needs to be easy for me to add the content. I have designed many sites but never can seem to get it looking good. Everyone else says it looks good but I never think so.

I charge $100 to build website. This includes the design of the site as well as the first month of hosting time on my server. After that I charge a monthly fee of about $20 depending on the number of hits you are getting each month. I set the site up using site studio so it would be very very easy for you to update yourself.
