Web design company needs a new site created

Hello,

I need a web design company site made. It will consist of about 5 pages. I need it nice and simple / professional. I will need a contact form on it and a gallery / portfolio page. The rest of the pages will be just info and stuff. I would also like it coded in CSS.

P.S. I am not doing it myself even though i have a web design company because i cant make my own sites (too critical).

I have a budget of $300. I want to work 1 on 1 with a designer.
