I am looking for somebody to build a new site, please have a look at, and explore, an excellent example of what we want... shiply.com

I believe this is mainly done in php but if you can replicate this please get in touch, obviously we need not only a (simple) design but also the backend allowing people to post goods to move and transport companies to register and bid etc.

The site given as an example has everything we need - feel free to pose any questions you have.
