Web Comic Site

I've seen a couple web comic sites. Some are very interesting and rather fun. I was wondering if there's anyone around willing to start up a web comic with me. I'll register the domain and secure the hosting.

Preferably someone who is good at designing. I have designing capabilities also. This should be a fun project just like a comic that was once online: Mall Monkeys, not sure if anyone is familiar with it.
