well there are 2 things going against this, #1 "web based" would most likley be typed in by the user as webbased.xxx so the hyphen would most likley never or hardly ever be used... #2 is the fact that its a .info.... anyone that wants to find a site with webbased will type webbased.com or if you were lucky web-based.com or .net/.whatever but most likley not going to check out .info.... sorry mite work if you promoted/developed it!!

I am hyphen-averse, but I still like it, and think that hyphens in websites or domain names will have their place.
