Oh, now that I read the who-is more closely, this seems to be a privacy-protected registration. I'm saying this because on the "Registrant Organization" entry it says "Secure Whois Information Service".

It could still very well be Domainsite who reg'd it, I suppose.

This could be a deleted domain that is being taster again and again by different drop registrars. Maybe domainsite let you register it because their whois db was not real-time You should monitor this domain and maybe it will be released :gl:

Not sure if it's the same thing, but I reg'd about 12 names through domainsite late last night and 4 of them were .infos. All the .infos were "registration failed", while the other names went through without a hitch. It looks like they're still available, I tried to reg again and it failed again... they may be having trouble with that extension.
