Please appraise this domain name.
Thank you very much !
Thank you very much !
Maybe low $X,XXX if you find a very motivated buyer, but that could be a very long wait.
Is a Window Washing company really going to want to pay big bucks for Washes.com? I seriously doubt it.
There is basically no noun use as a plural. "Wash" the noun referring to clothing is singular and plural already. So you are basically left with an odd tense verb.
This is basically a $XXX domain in my view.

Make it into a tax wash sale info site. Goodluck
body washes and scrubs
body washes has plenty of advertisers but not much search volume

My friend will sell this domain for me $45.000
and I will resell $50.000

i got no idea how much "washes" can be sold for but have you ever sold a domain?
..i mean you are so sure you can sell it for $50K - you must be experienced broker or something..
good luck anyway

Don't do it!!
IMO to buy this domain from your friend for $45K and try to resell for 50K is entirely unrealistic and you will lose at least $40K.
I think it would be extremely difficult or impossible to get over $5K for this domain, I think to a reseller it is worth around $400 - 600 and for an end user maybe $1500 - 4K at absolute most. And even that end user valuation is wildly optimistic and assuming you find the perfect buyer who's powerfully motivated and must have this domain.

It's a good name and usable for washing service
End users should own this domain name for their works :gn:
Washes.com is a good name, I think, for a laundrette, for example.
You saw that your "friend" bought it for $1,211 from namejet, and you're going to buy from your "friend" for $45,000?
And your flip goal in mind is $50,000?
Is it just me or does thing whole thing seem strange?
Even at $1,211, I think the name sold for much over its current value.
