Twice now, I've had to get them to reverse my renewal invoices, where my domains have either been disabled for renewal on the 1&1 site or transferred elsewhere in Nov. After a 22 minute wait on the phone, I asked why and their excuse was that the linkage between Billing and the area where I disabled renewal was not working. After hanging up, I wondered about all my previous disabled renewals and whether I paid for a renewal after I dumped it?
