Wanted: Someone to help get my VPS working

I have an unmanaged VPS and they cant help me get it working (the sites that are pointed to the VPS arnt working).

Who can help me with this and how much would you charge?

What's your server run? I am good with freebsd but do you have any clue to the problem?

ttype is openvz
OS is centos-4-i386-cpanel

I have no idea what the problem is... not really used to VPS's right now.

A little info on myself
I've worked with vps for about 2 years now, and i've came accross numerous problems, from sites not working emails not being sent and many more problems. I think with my expertise i should be able to sort things out for you.
