Wanted: hosting template

I want a professional looking host template, coded and with an order system already in place so i can set it up instantly and not have to mess around with the coding or setting much stuff up. The order system must be able to be used with paypal.

I dont care if its not unique, i just want it to work once i buy it so nothing has to be done.

I like the livin4.com one but would probably like more going on rather than a more simplistic website. More like the kind of designs you would find on template monster, would this be feasible?
