[WTB] Hosting Template

I'm looking for a professional hosting template, that's clean, light, fast loading, so only coded templates unless you can code it aswell, I would prefer something like the top and bottom of 1 & 1 site, 100% width with nav at top as I need to integrate it into WHCMS, so would like the banner/nav to be 1 simple selection of code to nicely copy across, if that makes sense...

Colours: Not to fussy, but nothing dark or gordy
Pages: Main page and 1 sub page
Nav: Home, Hosting, Order, Support, Contact
Price: Between $60 - $100
