WTB: Hosting template with/without coding

Here is what I am looking for:

A nice professional looking web hosting template. It does not have to be custom coded but must look good/professional.

Must have customer login/domain search section and area for LiveChat button on main page. I will be adding subpages to the site and would like customer login and domain search available on these pages as well (maybe put it in the header somewhere?

I would also like links available on the footer (things like TOS, Contact Us, Privacy..etc)

I guess that is about it. I can show some examples if requested. Please contact me via PM or post here with examples and pricing. Also include coding cost if you can provide coding.

just the .psd file no coding but i can advise my graphics artist to put in the footer text you want i will be in touch with him tomorrow due to different time zones.
