[WANTED] Estimates for site design

Hello,

I am once again looking for a professional designer for www.GamingEmpires.com. The last person I hired still hasn't followed through.

Basically I am looking for a design that can compete with the likes of IGN/Gamespot... preferably better but I know thats shooting a little high :p I am looking for major wow effect... preferably no or very little flash.

If this sounds like something you think you can do, I will need to see some previous work, preferably game related. You can reply here or pm me.

Something that can be adjusted per section of the site (colors / themes) for PS2 / Xbox / PC , etc.

If you think that is something you can do, email him. The man is to busy :p to email you with the same details as you already have given to you

Ya, we know what it looks like... We are not wanting THAT style, something Similar....

And yes, most of the time when you buy a template, you have resell rights on it... (some places)

Who said anything about selling the template example I posted? It depends on what the selling terms are when you buy it...

That template has been sold a few times, although I did buy it with resell rights... but I was listing it as an example for the quality I am looking for, so I don't understand what your point is...

BTW, I am looking to start this project ASAP, and need it done as soon as possible... This project is already taken 2 months.

Yes, I was looking for price, and time estimates. I want to get this going and done asap, its already a month behind.

Homepage I would price at around $80 - $150 and I could get this done for you by tomorrow.

All pages, well price, not too sure but could do this in about a week, probably less.

So reply please to me with what you think a reasonable price is, and if multipage how many pages you will need.

I am well aware of average the cost of something like this, thanks though. Feel free to give an estimate if you like, I won't be sticker shocked if its in the average range.
