Hi there,

I'm currently looking to start a portfolio of developed websites that earn. Right now I'm looking to spend no more than $150 on a developed website that is currently taking in $75+ on a monthly basis. I am not looking for AdSense websites -- rather, something that I'm able to expand on and make bigger. This basically falls into the category of anything but an AdSense site.

Please PM me with the URL, PR, screenshots of traffic/revenue, and other details you might think I'd need to know.

Looking for a quick, smooth sale.

Regards,
Mike

Websites are usually valued on 6+ monthly revenue and you might just be setting yourself up to be scammed if you can find anything cheaper than that. What would be the point in selling a site at 2 months revenue when we can just leave it to earn over 2 months?

Mike,

Sorry but you're just not going to get a sale through for 1.5 X the months profit. Developed websites generally go for at least 6 X months profit.

Maybe you should consider increasing your price range - at this rate and website offered to you will most likely just be out to scam you. - Just from experience is all.

All the best!
Rhett.
