Revenue has dropped considerably for many parking companies. What used to make $10 -$40 a month now makes $5, so that may affect things, along with jumping from parking systems looking for better rates.

Some of the very good names are consistent in earnings, but they may not respond until you include your budget in the post (as required) and maybe include the monthly revenue factor you are willing to pay.
