I am buying a few forums in the following categories:

• Money/Finance/Investment/Stock Market
• Tech/Webmaster (with an emphasis on being broad in the tech industry and not just webmaster stuff)
• Videogames (not specific games or game types, but gaming in general)
• Ebay related, powerseller discussion, make money on ebay, etc
• X-Games/Extreme Sports

Budget: I will pay only what I think a forum is worth based on various stats, income, etc. The cheaper the better. Asking price must make sense when compared to site income. I will not overpay for a site based on hype so just tell it like it is. Let's say low $xx,xxx MAX but prefer much closer to $x,xxx or less.

Please PM urls along with all important info including:

1. Site URL and domain registrar
2. Your Lowest Asking Price (do not ask for an offer, I need actual numbers)
3. Traffic stats, monthly uniques, daily uniques, monthly page views, etc
4. What software the forum is running. Is it modded/hacked, etc?
5. A screenshot of recent traffic stats. Google Analytics preferred.
6. Where traffic is coming from. Are you advertising or is traffic organic?
7. Number of posts per day over the past 30 days. (average with screenshots)
8. Number of new members per day over the past 30 days. (average with screenshots)
9. Are you currently or have you ever used any paid posting services on this site? When and how many posts?
10. Do you have any friends, family members, etc who will most likely leave the forum if you sell it?
11. Number of users generally online at a time, and per 24 hours.
12. Forum staff situation. Are mods/admins paid? Will they stay if you sell?
13. Monthly income over the past 6 months? (each month, not an average. Screenshots preferred if you can take them)
14. Why you are selling?
15. Are you the original owner?
16. Anything else you feel is applicable.
