Established SoundBar.com: Daily Type-In Traffic, 90K Organic Searches.

I have an established but abandoned site for sale: Soundbar.com

It is a generic product keyword with real type-ins per day. (about 25 per day for last 90 days)

The keyword "soundbar" is trending aggressively upwards.

Average Monthly searches at 90,500 with HIGH competition among keyword bidders and
suggested bid price at USD3.04. (Google Keywords Tool)

From the screenshots, you will see that most of the traffic comes from USA.

It is not SEO-ed properly, so, not much of organic Google search results.
However, most traffic comes from Type-Ins, Bing, Yahoo and even Wikipedia.
The search keywords are "soundbar", "sound bar", etc.

The average traffic per day for past 90 days is about 80 uniques but when it was not abandoned,
we had up to 400 uniques. All the content in there are originally written.

We did not monetize the site since it was abandoned more than a year ago.
Still, there was about USD75 of earnings off Amazon in the past 90 days.

What I am not seeing is why it is worth $8K. No stats, no revenue, no quality backlinks in google.

Can you tell me why I'd want to pay $8K for this? For 8K I want to see immediate revenue.

Just does not make this worth more than $300.
That is generous at 12 times monthly earnings.

How about the name itself? Generic .com (one word or two word) with a combined 50,000+ exact. If there are generic .com with 50,000 exact for under $300, let me know, I'm a buyer.

And if you build it out properly, you can easily make that money back. It's already on page 1 Yahoo for that term.

It's important that ALL revenue and traffic claim screenshots clearly indicate the domain / website in the selection area of the analytics software / service used so everyone can see the stats are actually for the same domain / website being sold. I would advise buyers to use caution in situations like this where the source of stats are not jiving with what's being sold.
