Well I plan to make a site based on web hosting articles and I want to use a simple and very streamline looking script to allow users to submit their scripts and allow me to submit my own. I know alot of you might tell me about CMS but I was looking for something different then that. If you have a free one to share great but I wouldn't mind spending some money on one too. Thanks
